July goal

My exercise goal for July (and january, Feb, March, Apr, and June) was to walk a total of 50 miles....well I finally did it. In July I walked 60.3 miles.

My goal for August is to do 30 day shred on M,W,F and walk at least the other 3 days, as soon as Avie goes to bed I will be with Jillian. In may I grew to HATE her, 30 consecutive days of her is too much to stomach. I think I can tolerate her 3 days a week.....

60 miles!!! good grief that is a lot. good luck with jillian...she is a machine!

Sounds like you're doing great! I was doing good when I had our FL vacation for motivation, but since we've been back, the whole eating healthy and exercising has kind of went out the window. I may have to check "the shred" out!
