long run fail

My 15 miles planned for Saturday...did not happen.  About 6 in my knee was hurting so I decided to stop.  My runs on Wednesday and Thursday of this week I had really pushed my speed which I do not think helped.  I am trying to remember at this point I do not need to try and get faster but rather build endurance to go further.  I think I have 16 this week....and Amelia starts basketball with Saturday morning at 9 her first I need to start at 6 and be done in 3 hours.  I will be a hot mess!

The girls went to see The Nutcracker today, both said they about fell glad I did not go:)
