I took Avie for her 6 month checkup today, she weighed 14 lbs 2 ounces which is the 9th percentile and she was 24 3/4 inches long which is the 10th percentile. She has moved up on the growth chart. 
We have had LOTS of people ask about the restraints on her arms, they are to keep her from getting anything in her mouth, she is not able to bend her elbow. However, she is a smarty because she can shimmy stuff up her arm between her neck and shoulder and get things in.....but Amelia is always quick to correct her.
Should have a big update Thursday night on Amelia.......

Ahhh, litte Avie is SO tiny compared to my chunky Aidan! He had his 6 month check-up too, which I'll post about later tonight. What a difference!!
Glad she's gaining on the growth chart! Did she get a flu shot? Aidan did and it seems like he's slept ALL DAY.
Amazing how quickly her litle mouth has healed. She is so pleasant and was just thrilled to see the rst of the A-team when we got to Granna's house. It sure sounded like she said "Hiiiiiii" when we got there. Can't wait to see the "I'm getting ready for the first grade Amelia". She told me yesterday on the way to Granna's that she told Jenna to tell the kidsat school she's the "New Girl", too cute.
