We spent this past weekend camping at Reed Bingham with the Stokes' and Guthries (Deland & Bonnie). We had a great COLD time!!! It snowed so Amelia was thrilled, now remember this is S Ga so the least little bit is thrilling here!!

of course the next morning our snow was long gone.....but it was still chilly. So we had to bundle up quite a bit. This is Avie saying cheese, with her crazy little toboggan on.
The camper started getting kinda small so we decided to venture out on a hike. Avie walked ran the whole way, and so she was a little worn out when we got done...thank goodness.

On Sunday, The Guthries had to leave first thing, so after Church we all decided to go for a hike. We read the trail sign and decided if we were going to go we might as well do the whole trail......Amelia did great and loved it!!!

about half way in Avie was too tired....of course this is when we got to the big root section of the trail so she had to be carried:)

We had so much fun...and it is a lot more fun when you go with other people.

looks like fun--I didn't know you enjoyed camping when we did in Baxley and Yulee--too much work for me! Meemae, glad you had snow!

Glad you got to go! Next time Montgomery is going to get snow we need to take off with the girls and we can just "camp" at Laurie's!
We had such a fun time. We look forward to our next camping adventure!!
The state park looks beautiful. What a fun camping trip! We can't wait to take Gavin on his first camping trip.
